I get lifted
Good products but Grav has the worst customer service I've seen from a company in recent years. They do not respond to customer issues when issues arise. This vendor is so bad that I had to open a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to look into. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone. You've been warned.
I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and had access to good quality pipes all my life. Then I moved to Austin, TX 10 years ago and I had access to more shops than I could possibly image with GREAT quality pipes, and that's when I discovered GRAV. Now I live in the middle of nowhere Illinois and GRAV is my go to place for pipes online.
Im for sure not at all understanding how there’s any one star reviews on this place 😅 because I own several of their large water pipes and smaller pieces and they’re all absolutely phenomenal and amazing and I can’t use any other brand now lol
I opened a ticket without sending pictures. They asked for pictures in the reply. I sent them. Crickets! Nothing! I was asking if there are repair parts. Not looking for anything free. I would have been better off burning the money..... I wont shop with them again.
