RecommendedAndrea was a very efficient, caring person who handled my husband’s funeral with dignity. She was able to have a small military tribute with the playing of taps and presentation of the flag which I didn’t think would happen. The Graumlich facility is beyond beautiful and has been the site of many of my relatives’ funerals in the past. Suffice it to say I wouldn’t want my service to be anywhere else. This is the most caring funeral home I have ever been to. Both parents were there and now my husband was buried from there. Andrea went above and beyond the call of duty to make things easier for us as we had a horrible experience with Mt. Carmel Hospital. Andrea is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Her dog, Lexi, was a big help to us, too. I cannot say enough about Graumlich Funeral Home.
My family has used Graumlich for many years & have NEVER been disappointed with the way they take care of everything. With my dad's recent passing, Andrea Graumlich & the other staff went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure this was the most beautiful experience for such a difficult time. During the worst time of our lives when my father passed away, Andrea and her staff showed loving compassionate care and understanding. She made an unbearable process bearable with her acts of kindness and her attention to detail. Many of our family members have been gently cared for by Graumlich. It is a place you hate to go to but love the way you are accepted and loved once you are inside. The funeral director here is rude. she gets mad at special family requests.
My family has had my grandma and grandpa’s funeral arrangements here and we wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. My grandma and grandpa both wanted to be here after having several of their close friends’ funerals here as well. Andrea is meticulous and extremely detailed. She goes above and beyond. We also love having her dog Lexie there to greet us and our guests as we were all so devastated. It brought a little joy during a very hard time.
