I have been a Grauf customer for many years. As I women writing this I can tell you I have never been talked down to or felt ripped off. I prefer to take my car here and cut thru all the bull that other places give you. Mr. Grauf will get it done right the first time and at a fair price.
I went into this business to get work my brakes looked at d on my car. I think I speak for most women when I say I have no idea what they will try to do to me with the car. They could tell me its engine is shot I have no clue!!! so, Tom the owner waited on me, friendly laid back a very calming presence. I have had bad experiences with mechanics before but he was a pleasure. He called me to say my brakes were basically ok except one of them needed a pad; the total came to 75 bucks.
