Poor customer service. I ordered fries with my bagel, which didn't come out for 20 minutes. When I asked, the lady yelled 'No you haven't ordered fries, I haven't charged you for them'. But after another 10 minutes, she dumped some fries on the counter aggressively without telling us it was ours. She didn't apologize about getting our order wrong previously.
