Before I even set foot in the studio, I knew I chose the right place because everyone I spoke to on the phone was super friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and at ease when I showed up for my wax. Desiree is absolutely phenomenal. I've gotten Brazilian from various places, but this was by far the best experience (and the least painful). Desiree is now my go-to girl! I highly recommend her and this place as a whole.
I had to sit with it for a few days, but honestly I’m not happy with my result. This is the first time I have gone to this location for a simple eyebrow waxing. I originally booked online with someone who I saw had great reviews in the reviews on the page, so I scheduled with her. My experiences with Jamie have been absolutely wonderful. She’s always professional and quick and painless and I’ve been seeing her for over five years and will continue seeing her and Josie and Cara, and have been pleased with the cleanliness and effectiveness of the spa.
