Worst landscaping company ever, disrespectful people. The black dude is super disrespectful and does not know how to talk to customers, would never recommend this place. Cheap isn’t always good Hired them 3 months ago btw, will find new business
Right in the middle of the season dude just disappeared. Ghost. Zero contact and you cant get a hold of him whatsoever. Had to have my credit card company reverse the charges. Very weird.
I'm a new customer, starting services in April 2024. Wade is very knowledgeable. The scheduling is why I'm giving 3 stars. He's scheduled appointments and haven't came or called to reschedule on numerous occasions. This was my first season with Gratiot Landscaping. I purchased the 6 fertilization treatments, had mulch removed and dark brown installed, an irrigation system installed, and the flower beds cleaned at the beginning of the season.
