Came in for an eye infection 19 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I was told that they didn’t need to send me to the prenatal wing because I’m not 20 weeks pregnant?!? 😳 Also got zero relief for my eye. Thanks covenant!

RecommendedAbsolutely the best experience I've had at a redimed. The wait time wasnt bad, the staff was friendly, and my nurse/doctor(I believe her name was Stephanie) was so nice! I get very nervous about going to the doctor. I always have. But this experience was an absolute dream. Couldn't have asked for more!
After 4 hours I was the one who got to take care of my son at the hospital while they play on their phones! Worst emergency room & Staff ever!!

RecommendedHad a hip replaced. Could not have asked for a finer more caring experience. The people and the facility are first rate. Lots of pride and true servant’s hearts. When I get my second hip done I’ll be right back here.
19 hours since an emergency transfer for the ICU and still no dr or specialist has done rounds and still no ICU admit. When a transfer is done for sepsis and or mrsa yet no treatment done. Staff at the Harrison building act as if they can’t be bothered. So shameful as this was supposed to be such a great hospital. I don’t feel that the decision to bring a loved one here was to great.
They can start by welcoming incoming calls from immediate family members to their ICU! They had me blocked.
RecommendedI brought my young son in for stitches. The staff was so calm and friendly, my son even told the NP how nice everyone is there. I also love that we can check in online.
