I have a brownstone in Carroll Gardens Brooklyn (1871). I called Zac and got a prompt estimate professionally written up and extremely thorough. He and his assistant did am amazing job repairing the old plaster walls with state of the art equipment, air filters, vacuming and protection. I would like to review them. They did my cabinets. They were to strip them and than paint them. The paint is peeling off of the cabinets which makes me think they didn’t do them correctly. This should not happen. I don’t use an abrasive I mist want to wipe the dirt off of them. So after they charged me and did the work immediately the paint started to come off the cabinets.
