Has your loved one recently passed? Do you want heartless letters trying to get their property from you? Then this business is the one for you. Nothing like getting a “card” at Christmas only for it to be some stranger trying to low ball me for my dead father’s house. Buyer beware ! This shifty buyer tried to low ball me after an offer to purchase was signed. My brother died and I was left with his house. The house sold again 23 hours later for a fair price many tens of thousands of dollars more than her lowball offer. I kindly asked her to never darken my doorstep again.
