The house sold again 23 hours later for a fair price many tens of thousands of dollars more than her lowball offer. I kindly asked her to never darken my doorstep again.

My mom passed away and I keep receiving what looks like sympathy cards, but is actually Grace asking to sell a home. The most recent says "respectfully, I am sending this final letter to you to let you know that I'd there is a houw3 that needs sold for [moms names in capital letters].. There is nothing respectful about this. It's a punch in the chest every time I open one.
