I love the Grateful Dog Bakery!!!! The staff is very knowledgeable about every product they carry, and they have huge hearts for animals and animal rescues. They have loved and treated our Niles like one of their own since his first visit when we got him as a puppy. They have been extremely helpful in choosing a food that works for our boy, as he has both allergies and a sensitive stomach at times. I visit the Grateful Dog just a few times a year for special doggy occasions. Last week I took my golden for his 8th birthday. I love the store itself... But I have to say that part of the reason I go is for my dog to be fussed over and made to feel special. Last week (and the visit prior) my dog was not paid any attention from the staff. It was obvious that it was his birthday... I even took a picture of him in your store wearing a birthday hat! Yet nobody acknowledged it.
