Just had the most relaxing time at Grateful Body with Bethany. She has a very thoughtful and knowledge based approach, and I am so looking forward to becoming a regular client. She has the ability to discover unknown tension in your body and then relieves it all. Thanks Bethany!

Bethany is incredible! I first went to her for severe sciatic nerve pain running down my right leg. It was so painful that I couldn’t do the activities I loved. Through her massage therapy, she helped significantly reduce my ongoing pain, and I no longer deal with daily sciatic discomfort. I continue to see her regularly—now mostly for therapeutic, deep relaxation. Bethany is very personable and professional and I liked that she would talk through with me what she was going to do. I highly recommend her!
Bethany is gifted as a massage therapist. I had my first massage with her this week. It was fabulous! I will be going back!!
