Had everything I needed and they very helpful. Great place for all your fireplace and wood stove needs.
I agree. Terrible customer service. I stopped into the store and the man I met was nice and discussed options for turning my wood fireplace into gas. He then gave me a price sheet with a # to call to schedule an inhome consult. I called that # three times (once a week for three weeks) and left a message to schedule a consult. I never heard back. I then confirmed the number and tried one more time two weeks later, I still haven't heard back. I'm disappointed and frustrated. I guess I have to take my business elsewhere. I don'... read more
