I was quoted by the owner, Carter in my condo after we discussed in detail about the mantel and the demolition that would need to be done before the new mantel could be put on the fireplace. Per the owners recommendation he said that we would need a 60" mantel. My husband and I were quoted $599 for the mantel and $150 for installation.
