Bought a grill from them that was supposed to have a 5 year warranty. I have had the grill for 2.5 years. In that time I have had to replace the grates 3 times, each time I have to hound them for weeks to get a replacement. In the latest and final straw, burners broke apart in to two pieces. I have been trying to get them to replace obviously defective burners for over 4 weeks now with no luck. It is obvious they do not care for their customers!!! Stay away from this place or it will cause you nothing but headache.
