This is the only Medical Centre open after 5:30pm, I belive there is only 1 Dr at the center. My first visit I was seen 5 mins before my actual booking time even with 3 other patients seen before me, unfortuently my second visit I was informed the Dr was running a little late, 1 hr after my appointment time I had to leave for another appointment which I was not too pleased about. Very unprofessional, I ended up telling the doctor what I should do for treatment. Made me wait an hour, then made me wait another 10 mins while in the doctors office. Then tried to overcharge me. Don’t bother going to this practice.

Shouldn't have a practise open when the appointments are ALWAYS running late and there's only ever one doctor....this place needs to either shut its doors forever, hire another doctor or take less clients on because it's ridiculous about the waits and the receptionist couldn't care less that they're running late.

Doctor was inappropriate and unprofessional asking more irrelevant questions then actually asking what was the issue asking me for consent to have my partner in the room and making her feel really uncomfortable in the process the receptionist was very unprofessional and rude getting angry as I couldn’t understand the question he was asking

The worst place, firstly it's a damn hot box,sat an hour after appt time n doc not even there. Meanwhile I have a heart condition and blood pressure issues n I became worse sitting in the waiting room. It should not b in business at all
