My experience working with Grassroots has been terrible. They don't have any qualified electricians working with them and have several code violations. The system was installed and it is working, although it was wired incorrectly and there is a whole list of issues that I'm having another solar company fix. These folks at Grassroots were attentive, prompt, responsive and pleasant to work with. They provided multiple options and scenarios, and allowed us to choose what best fit our needs and budget. They weren't pushy or dismissive. They answered all questions thoroughly, provided explanations, and got us up and running in a short amount of time. Bill and his Company were very helpful when I was thinking about putting up panels, They were very easy to work with and got the job done in record time. Their costs were within my price range. Any questions I have had since have been answered ASAP. When I thought about putting in batteries they were able to tell me how many batteries I would need and the cost also the time frame to have them installed. Wonderful people to work with.
