I’ve been getting massages for decades and have never had an experience like this. I even realized I’d been to Justine before and was reminded why I hadn’t gone back. I booked through Groupon and, after some back and forth, scheduled a 4/11 appointment. I did receive one email weeks earlier with a new address, but the confirmation email and reminder text still listed the old location (363 5th Ave), which is also what shows up on Google/Waze. Justine is a really talented massage therapist that you must try! I have been involved with bodywork for 30 years and I highly recommend her. The massage exceeded my expectations but more importantly helped me have long lasting results!

Justine was unkind and unprofessional. I unfortunately would not recommend Grassroots.
Had a great massage with Justine. She was very professional and place was very clean. The massage was very soothing and relaxing. I felt so comfortable there. It was a wonderful experience.
