If I could give a rating of -10, I certainly would after what I witnessed today. As a small business owner myself, I would never treat the public with the disgrace that I witnessed from the owner of this company. Sir, you are the reason people do not trust small businesses anymore and you should probably remove any references to your military service from your bios as I am sure the Navy would be ashamed of the example you are setting.
