Garrett and his crew were very responsive and respectful during the entire process. Garrett walked through all options and made sure both sides had a clear understanding of what was the end goal before continuing. I was on a quick timeline to get my house ready to sell and Grassroots worked two weekends in a row to get the job done. Would highly recommended and use again if needed.
