I had the most amazing experience from start to finish! My haircut and blow-dry exceeded all my expectations. My stylist really took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered great advice, and absolutely nailed the result. My hair feels so healthy, looks beautiful, and the blow-dry lasted for days. Alivia has been my hairdresser for over 10 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. I’ve even skipped getting my colour done while she was on maternity leave because I didn’t want to risk going anywhere else! Liv genuinely cares about the health of your hair and she’s incredibly talented consistent and just gets it right every time. Liv has been part of so many big milestones (and hair colours!) over the years, including my wedding! I always leave feeling happy and taken care of

My hair has been a priority for my entertainment job- and I wouldn’t trust anyone else other than Grassroots. it has been about a decade I think? As a blonde they keep me looking fresh!!! Alivia and Karen are your professionals with that family feel- they know their stuff but you can talk about any topic with them. Always leave feeling amazing, and happy with the service.

I’ve been coming to Alivia for years! She does the most amazing hair colour and always gets it exactly right. I really love that she uses non-toxic hair dyes too, which is so important to me. My hair always looks healthy, shiny, and beautiful after every appointment. She’s so talented, friendly, and makes the whole experience feel relaxing and comfortable. My husband always goes to Karen as well and he’s always really happy with his hair too. Such a lovely salon with amazing people — highly recommend!
