Great bike service and repairs. I walked in (after a great sandwich) to get advice on an issue with my rear hub. Tim dropped everything to trouble shoot with me. He then invited me to bring the bike in and fixed my issue on the spot. Store also has great inventory of bikes, parts, and gear. Check it out!
I highly recommend Grassroots! The customer service is great and the attention to detail to ensure I was happy with the upgrade to my bike was amazing! Matt is super knowledgeable and took extra time to walk me through the nuances of my bike. Attached to the bike shop is a delicious breakfast/lunch spot. I can't recommend the coffee and breakfast burrito enough! Definitely a GJ gem!
crazy rude and condescending on the phone. people like the dude that answered the phone are exactly why I do everything I can to avoid going into bike shops.
Great local shop, went above and beyond helping me warranty a set of brakes that weren’t even originally purchased there. Can’t recommend the shop enough!
They were the only shop open in GJ on a Sunday. They had a part I needed and saved my ride! Thanks guys!
