I hired Grassroots to grade my yard, build a retaining wall to level the yard, and redo a rotting fence around my 1/4 acre property. A pretty big project. Brent (owner) was very communicative from the very beginning. I sought several estimates and Grassroots was comparable with other companies. The Grassroots team can in and built the picture perfect outdoor living area for the upcoming summer season! They were on time, stuck to the schedule and left the site clean! I will 100% recommend these guys to anyone looking to upgrade their backyard!
Great bunch of guys, Punctual, a lot of care comes with there work.
Brenton and the Grassroots crew helped me set up a playground for our new Ivybrook Academy in Tigard and we had a wonderful experience! Brenton was easy to work with, and did a fantastic job with the bark chips, cement areas, and pea gravel. I’ll be looking to work with them again soon! Quality service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
BUYER BEWARE ! Before posting this review, we checked the Oregon CCB for GRASSROOTS CONSTRUCTION LLC (License #224752), which lists multiple 'Owner' disputes since October 2022, including ours (currently pending). SEE PHOTO We hired Grassroots Construction after finding them on Trex's 'Find a Builder' website as a certified pro-installer. We paid $11,200 in full for a TREX RainEscape underdeck drainage system in July 2025.
