Great service, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I would recommend anyone to Grassmasters if you're looking for that personalized service feel.
11am 10/31 Blew grass in my face on purpose after getting an attitude that he had to wait. This was directly in front of St. Joseph.
Colby and his team were so fast and efficient! They completely removed and replaced our front flower beds. Colby listened to all of my concerns and wants. He created a beautiful design and easily made changes when requested. It has already been a few months, and everything is still looking perfect! Love it!
We hired grassmasters after seeing the good reviews, and the fact that he had 20 years of experience! We had beds that needed to be re-done after the freeze, and they also were being taken over by weeds and vines. He told us he knew how to get the beds back in shape, and free of the vines and weeds, so the beds could be mulched again. We wrote a review a couple of months ago, and since then Grassmasters has reached out to us to try and remedy the situation. Evidently there were extenuating circumstances involved that prevented them from getting back to me sooner. So I would like to say that all has turned out good in the end. I just wish that I had been clearer about my expectations, and made sure that they understood what I needed. I believe this is a good company, and they do good work, we just had a miscommunication.
