I needed to update my Alberta Health card and renew my vehicle registration. Shane helped me with both in one visit. Everything was explained clearly, and I didn’t have to come back with extra papers. Great service, very patient staff.

Just wanted to drop in and give SHANE a 5 star review at the grasslands registry! I went in and had to have my papers signed by a commissioner of oath which he is. Once we're done all I had on me for my card was in my wallet on my phone and for some reason it would not work on their machine" he told me it's all right next time" . I said "no here I'll pay on credit card" he said "no you're all good you're good to go". I appreciate good people like him! Thanks again Shane!
