Very disappointed in our experience. We had a lot of issues and no accountability was taken.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been so disappointing that I feel people need to be aware. First, the trailer we rented was not functional from the start. Instead of acknowledging the issue or attempting to provide solutions, the company was dismissive and unaccommodating. Friendly service, and decent price points.
We used Grasslands Events for a few rentals and day of coordination for our 2024 wedding and can't recommend them enough! From day one consulting phone calls a year in advance of the wedding, to the end of the big night when Kirstin got out her sewing kit and mended my train bustle so we could properly have a first dance, she helped out in more ways than we could count.
