I just heard that a friend of mines son, 8yrs. Old went in to buy his Mom a necklace. He went to pay with a bag of coins. The sales girl said to an 8 yr. Old "are you really going to make me count that change?", he was embarrassed and left it on the counter. Went home crying. His Mom called the store and whoever answered was rude to her too!
