Lacks Integrity On 3/24/2014 I was driving home from work just coming onto Thompson road from Bayou Liberty in Slidell, LA. Grasshoppers was cutting grass on the side of the road. There was several people working on this specific area but there was one gentleman that was cutting the grass on the side of the road with a weed eating type of tool.
