Grasshopper refuses to replace the inverter for our micro-fit solar panels, which first stopped working on June 18, 2024. We were told it would take a few months to replace, so we were patient, but after multiple emails and calls they are unable to provide a clear commitment on when the system will be restored to working order. No updates, no resolution, just ongoing delay and failure to fulfill their service obligations. Corporate indifference at its finest!

Absolutely horrendous company, full of LIES, does not live to their commitment, do not anticipate any future issues these SOLAR panels can have...worst EVER dealing with this company. Their service Manager, HINA, and customer service operator - Pranov (or something like that), absolutely do not care for customer concerns. here is my story: 2015 i got into an agreement for 20 YRS!!! with panels installed on my roof WITHOUT CRITTER GUARDS (apparently bc they were not part of ESA requirement) but in 2020 they made CRITTER GUAR... read more
