Horrible billing personnel. I informed the lady i was waiting on the California Victim Crime Board to send info so I could forward my bill to be paid (I was victim of violent crime). She said "it's not my problem that happened to you our providers need to get paid" click.. sent me to collections.. I'm mortified. I can't work and PTSD.. California can't pay bill collectors
