Absolutely horrible customer service! Find an alternative because this company is trash. Used to be good, but they appear to have been bought out and fallen victim to corporatization as they have outsourced their customer support to a company called "go to", which is a cruel joke on their customers.

Because of the new government regulations regarding SMS, I have had to submit a new SMS campaign with grasshopper. This has been the most annoying and dysfunctional process I have ever done. I submitted my first one November 6th, 2024, and finally was told it was declined in February 2025. I went through with an agent to "add what I needed to my form" and resubmitted by the deadline and was assured my texting would not be turned off. absolutely terrible support! my number is still connected to a former employer and they couldn't remove it. all support is AI. don't have a company if you can't have the bandwidth for proper human customer support.

Takes a payment then deactivates your account. No support what so ever, always have to wait for calls that never come. Do not rely on this for your business. 0 stars if it were possible. Stealing a customer's money isn't a good look, and it won't be let slide either.
