Too busy to see my dog. Been going here for years but when I needed him to be seen the Vet was too busy to help my dog. Not enough staff to see one of their patients or even give advice.
When I adopted my big old guy, at age 7, he came with conditions requiring attention. Over these past four years, I so very much appreciated Grass Valley Veterinary Hospital’s veterinarians, vet techs, office staff, and those behind the scenes. Their kindness, knowledge, and expertise was the best! He loved going there. When it came time for him to pass over the Rainbow Bridge, everyone had incredible heart.
