First, the wait time to even schedule an estimate was weeks out. Then, when we did schedule something, it was a two hour window rather than a specific time, which is already difficult to manage, but I made it work with my work schedule. I run a small local window cleaning business in Grass Valley and these guys really have that mom and pop vibe, they give me free advise on issues outside my expertise and offerr me DIY solutions before taking my money, but sometimes I have to accept what's beyond my knowledge and let them take over. Thankful to have these guys when im in a pinch, the owner is definitely a veteran of his trade
Is this place a front for something? They obviously don’t need my money. I went into their store last year to get a door ordered. Everything seemed fine at that point. The gentleman inside showed me a sample of metal and color, then quoted me a price for a screen door. My Realtor warned me against using this place, and I should’ve listened. Dropped the ball so many times left broken glass everywhere didn’t have enough supplies to finish the job. It took three weeks for them to finish it after I called 5 times. They then came outside of the scheduled area when I wasn’t home, still left 2 windows incomplete and then blamed it on me. sent me a bill before they finished things and then when I called to see what was going on was treated, so disrespectfully and rudely. They said they could replace the glass in my husband's van kept it and the platelet for 3 days and said nope we can't do it. Not good.
