Grass Valley CrossFit has the right vibe. I've been a L2 CrossFit coach for 8 years in the Bay Area, but I was so pleasantly surprised by how grass-roots the atmosphere felt at GVCF. The classes feel cohesive with coaches paying close attention to every member in the class making sure they have the right experience (quality coaching, a great workout and feeling included as part of the community). I'm excited to continue to grow with the community. Thanks GVCF for being one of the last true CrossFit gyms.

Best Gym in town!!! Doing CrossFit not only makes my body strong It puts me in a better mood and makes me feel more focus throughout the day. If you are ready to look and feel amazing this is the place for you !!

Grass Valley CrossFit is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to. The workouts are designed for all fitness levels and are fully focused on helping you succeed.
