I don’t remember her name, and I don’t care to. Some girl with short hair and rose tattoos on her arm screwed up my hair. I went to her with yellowish blonde hair that was growing out, wanting to bleach it lighter and get rid of the brown spots in my hair. Despite me saying I wanted MY WHOLE HEAD BLEACED, she only bleached the roots so my roots are now lighter than the rest of my hair. Way lighter. And my ends still have awful brown spots in them.
