EDIT: I was a happy customer when I bought my new Gravely mower from these guys. Then I had mechanical issues that they were unable to fix after two tries. It's a long story. I was unhappy and edited my original review which prompted the owner to call me today. There's not much he could do at that point especially since I might have accidentally solved the steering problem myself by changing the rear tire pressure.
