RecommendedCould not have worked with a better group! I had no idea when I went there as to what I really wanted. THere were so many to choose from and ranging in prices, and I got a very knowledgeable answer to every single question. Very patient! The installers, Bob and Anielleo were absolutely wonderful! They were so polite and cleaned up beautifully. Great job, the fireplace is stunning! I honestly can't say enough good things about them ALL !!

If we could have given Grassroots 11 stars, we would! Service was excellent. Installation was quick and painless. Stayed clean throughout the entire job. Came in under budget too, which was a huge plus. Wood stove looks fantastic, and we could not be happier. Thank you!
Do yourself a favor and don't do business with Mark he totally just wasted my time for the last 3 weeks I was ready to move forward and asked him to come to my house which was 45 minutes away so I could give him a check and go over everything he said that was too far of a drive for him he wanted me to send him a check without me even meeting him or going over anything with him basically he is a scam artist don't waste your time with Mark or his company
Excellent work. Grass Roots did a fireplace for me some 10-15 years ago in Wheaton. We hired them (for our GC) when we built again 7 years ago. Had them out this week for some necessary work (wind damage) and they came out when promised, did the work as was quoted, and cleaned the glass when they left. Thank you!
