I searched far and wide for a shop to work on my 2002 Honda VTX-1800, and I'm so very glad I found Grass Roots BMW, in Cape Girardeau. Not only did they accept my dinosaur for some long-overdue periodic maintenance, but they did an outstanding job, too. Shout-out to HANK, an extremely knowledgeable tech who did most of the work --new Bridgestone tires, new wheel bearings, new brake pads, changed all fluids (including driveshaft oil). Friendly and Knowledgeable people here. Very reasonable cost on annual service for K 1600 GTL. They go the extra mile to look things over and discovered that another shop had installed my rear tire backwards. I am 80 miles from Grassroots BMW and that's why I had local Motorcycle shop change my tire. Thanks Grassroots crew for catching the tire issue, could have been a problem on wet roads.
