I am so happy to have found Grass on the Grow! I highly recommend them.. Randal does an amazing Job! My lawn looks amazing! I get a lot of complaints from my neighbors and now some of them are using him as well. He also does a great job with my landscaping too!
Dropped service without alerting us, knowing we're out of the country for cancer treatments, and wouldn't know that he wasn't coming anymore. Did not reply to messages until finally replying that we've been "dropped" for the future... and apparently much of the past according to the neighbors report of the length of our grass. This was after a few times of overlooking his unresponsive tendencies and another time where he stopped coming without any warning or explanation or communication about it. I was looking for someone to maintain my lawn on an as-needed basis…I work 80 hour weeks and it was just the one part of my life that I had neither the time nor the energy nor the knowledge to keep up with. Randal has been amazing at showing up when needed and performing whatever service he sees fit. He also lets me know whatever recommendations he has.
Call Grass on the go when I could not get in touch with my previous lawn guy. Randell came the very next day to provide a quote. They came when they said they would and did an outstanding job.
