If you have paid they will not return your phone calls. They didn't spread enough seed and my lawn came in very patchy despite being very meticulous about proper watering. I brought up this concern to them last fall and they said it would feel in, but that never happened. Initially this spring said they would come back and make it right but never showed. After that every time I called grass master's they promised to call me back and schedule something to fix the issue but never did despite several additional follow up calls ... read more

I will start with Chris never came by and communication with him was poor. Chris had a break in schedule and offered to come out earlier than exspected, the guys came out and i paid them i guess more than they were exspecting but i agreed to pay the higher amount with Chris. They got 1/5 done and the truck supposedly ran out of water, they said they would get water and come back....nothing. Chris calls says the truck is broken, yet it should be fixed soon.
