Dr. Potocki is absolutely incredible! She is so caring and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. My son feels completely at ease with her and Ali, his hygienist, is just as AMAZING! The entire team is always so kind, patient, and accommodating. We always leave feeling well cared for and confident in the treatment. Truly the best pediatric dental team we could ask for!
I love the staff every single one of them is so kind and welcoming and caring. They take such good care of my son at every visit. They are very patient with every situation. My son use be scared and nervous of the dentist and wouldn't sit for long. He's grown so much and is so comfortable now and it's all thanks to this wonderful clinic and staff
My son never had issues with the dentist until our dentist stopped taking our insurance and I had to find a new one. I tried staying in network but that led to him having a bad experience. That's when I found Grass Lake. It's out of network for us and a drive. But its worth it! As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed and comfortable. They take care of billing your insurance when its out of network as well. I dont have a single negative thing to say. Such a kind and compassionate staff. As a new patient it was a really welcoming environment with a lot different things to make my child feel comfortable and less scared. The dentist was amazing. All of the assistants were amazing.
