We recently had an issue with one of our cupboards with a Grass Aus hinge attached to it. Within 1 phone call a friendly staff member was able to distinguish which hinge I had and arranged a replacement and installation to occur within the ext couple fo days. This was a great help! would recommend.
Dave was extremely helpful and generous with his time and advice during this period (with the Covid-19) lockdown, and was able to provide the replacement part for my broken touch activated kitchen drawers
I had problems replacing my hinges, I needed a certain size, 42mm, Dave Woods was able to help and sent replacement hinges, Excellent Service and knowledge , Would recommended Grass hinges and products, mine have lasted and I’m grateful I was able to replace a few without drilling new holes, Thank You Dave
