The nurses, practitioners and staff are truly the greatest, and most caring about your over all health. They've become like family to my family and I.
I just had my first meeting with Bonnie and when I say she is a gem, she is seriously a gem. I always prefer to see nurse practitioner. I am a nurse myself so I generally know what needs to happen with my health and what might be going on. She was very receptive and listened to everything that I brought up. She ordered a full-blown hormone panel because I was concerned about some hormone issues, dealt with all my prescriptions, and an acute issue that I was dealing with as well. I love my P. A., Bonnie Velez, ho has been treating me for various silent for a few years now. Also, tDr. who took over forDr.Wilkerson , I've only spoke to once over the phone, but he was very friendly & extremely helpful when I was looking for a Psychiatrist & had trouble for months finding a good one. The wait is never too long there also & all the staff are wonderful. It's my favorite Dr. 's office.
From the moment I walked into the emergency room, all was handled with friendliness and efficiency. I had a kitchen accident knife wound, and Eric, Jessica, and the nurse with whom I shared dog stories, and Elvis, who took care of my discharge intake, had a great sense of humor that put me quickly at ease.
