A substandard contractor whose incompetence is accurately displayed along Rutherford Rd in Vaughan. What a disgrace.
Many Torontonians would agree with this! Yes i am talking about the construction on Gardiner expressway. Turning an already packed 3-lane highway to a 2 lane street was the dumbest idea ever!! My commute to work is no less than hell now.
