I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience at Grappone Hyundai today. I dealt with Mike Towne on the phone several weeks ago and then again today in person. He was so very helpful and friendly as well as professional. We purchased the vehicle here last year and I drove 2 plus hours to get the car serviced, based on my experience with Mike on the phone previously to troubleshoot a problem. I would have to say it was the best experience I have ever had with service at a dealership. Thank you Mike.
Purchasing my new car was easy
Bought Kona door sills to be installed by the dealer. First they tried to charge me $240 for the $170 sills and then didn’t even use the templates they come with to install them correctly. Each door sill is in a different location and one is crooked. Sloppy job.
