To say these folks are good is an understatement. Every aspect of our service visit was great, from the initial check-in, to the waiting area, to the diagnostics- just wonderful. And a first for me- the video sent to me of our vehicle inspection by our service technician gave new meaning to the definition of “transparency”. Thank you all. We live in New London, but we will start servicing our 2019 CRV in Concord.
