Grappone Honda Is there for me from the time I arrive until I pick up my keys to leave. I really like the video with the multi point inspection And their explanations on what passes and what doesn’t and why. I appreciate it when one of these service attendance comes out to go over the video and see if I have any questions. Thank you for taking great care of my vehicle So I can get several more years of enjoyment.

I brought my 2018 Civic in for a recall repair. They set up the appointment as soon as possible because it involved a new fuel pump. I was thankful for that! They were able to get that done quickly and then performed a complementary check on oil and tires among other usual things and topped off my fluids. I had questions about the fuel intake part of the system which they checked out.
