I am so tired of the companies that take advantage of the elderly!!!!! My parents called a plumbing company in St. George, UT to come and see what was leaking under their kitchen sink. They sent an electrician (not a plumber!) over yesterday who looked at it, took a few pictures, then told them they needed a new faucet. Their current faucet is only 3-4 years old and is a Kohler brand. They wanted $700 to replace the faucet. Their office is 1.3 miles from my house. To drive that distance in 4 minutes and ring my doorbell they charged $145. The plumber spent 23 minutes installing 3 PVC parts. They charged $75 which is probably the hourly rate. The parts are $18 at Lowe's but they charged $40. Their website states "Best plumbing services with affordable prices." I was hoping that was true.

Josh was great to work with! He showed up a little early (much preferred rather than late!) and made a quick job of installing my water softener. He also helped troubleshoot an issue I had with no hot water in the kitchen. Highly recommended!

I had Josh Jennings replace my water heater. It was short notice and he was very prompt. He ran into an unexpected wrinkle with my existing piping and handled it beautifully. Very professional, patient, and courteous. Great work. Thank you!!
