It seems they frequently overbook their reservations. We arrived right on time and were asked to wait at comfortable tables in the lobby. After waiting quite a while, we were asked if we would accept ordering and eating in the lobby. There was another pair already eating, so we assented. And shortly after we sat another couple was encouraged to join the Eat in the Lobby group. We were ignored, neglected, left to wait long periods for anything. Wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly, service was excellent. Food was very well prepared and presented. Atmosphere was a bit noisy initially but quieted later
