Luis performed the quarterly service on our irrigation system. He was timely in arriving, knowledgeable and quickly caught an issue in installing new sprinkler heads. He left to get different heads, installed and thoroughly checked each one to make sure they functioned properly. Luis kept us informed on each step and answered any questions we had. Broken pipe needed fixing before sprinklers could be turned on. Grapids had winterized the system so wanted them to fix. Took 10 days for appt, din't come within time frame. Option to re-schedule declined, was told technician would call back soon. Called next day to try & resolve, told they would call back for appt. Two days later still eaiting for call back with appt.
Emailed appointment confirmation and a good service technician Tyler. My company had a lot riding on this. I used Grapids irrigation to servive one of my clients and couldn't be happier. I look forward to our appointments next week. Thank you
