This is worst plumbing company in the local area, some of my family used them and Chris Hobson completely took advantage of them and overcharged/upsold as they are elderly, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Needed help. Graphite were friendly and welcoming, told me not able to do today but ring with time. However, to aid the work, lady came out from the office to check what was needed so the engineer could come prepared to fix immediately. Great service. Would recommend
Will never use this company again, charged me £140 labour when he was only here for 50 mins… absolute rip off….
This company are first class . Very quick response and prompt appointments which is essential for me . Helpful and polite phone calls/ emails and the young plumber I have had is competent, polite , tidy and clean with the work . I would not use any other company . Highly recommend
