Like the person that that wrote a review before me you cannot get out of the contract they keep renewing it without your knowledge. Also you will need a lawyer to figure out all the fees they charge you. This is the worst company I have had to deal with. Please use another service. I am not sure who's but not this one. Graphite refuses to cancel my merchant service account and are now sending me to collections. The only way they will cancel service is if I sign a document stating I will pay a termination of $250 which was waved at the time of account creations by the Graphite Sales Rep ( I have a signed document which the refuse to acknowledge) . I will not sign, they will not cancel so now it is time for a lawyer...
